Everyone that works here is amazing and very helpful! I haven’t gone anywhere else in a year. They also have an extensive collection of products. I used to manage a smoke shop so I have some knowledge and they really do a great job.

Bought 2 separate disposable vapes and neither of them worked, and had juice leaking into the pouch, I went back in not even 2 minutes later and the employee said they can’t refund or swap because I left the store and asked me if I could read. They have defective products and employees that don’t care about anything but their phone!

I wanted to purchase a spare vape battery and the cheapest one there was $20, for a bottom of the barrel 510 charging stick which can be found for $5-10 at any other store. When questioning the high price, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Fortunately, around the corner was another store which had a Yocan Ari type-C charging battery for under $10 after their black Friday sale. While this was only one experience, I am always wary of stores that have shady markups on their products.
