I trust this shop with all my heart. Mario and Gigi, the overall staff, are all so attentive from memorizing my go-to vape to recommending products that they know I'll prefer. There was a period where my vape wasn't in the shop for months, and I talked to the store manager about it. A week later, it's in stock and never left the shelves. Reasonable prices, and you can find everything you need without going store-to-store. 5 stars. Love yall!!!

What a pleasant experience we had. Mario was personable, a real life super Mario!!! I am used to less pleasant experiences throughout NoVa. This man is proud of his store and the inside of it shows all of the hard work he’s put in.

They got amazing promotions that you can see for a good price! I’m not a cheap person that goes for cheap vapes so I expect what I pay for and they didn’t disappoint at all! They got varieties and flavors! I’d recommend them to everyone in my circle that vapes

I came in on Saturday and had such a great experience. The woman at the front was very helpful and honest about the products. I was super satisfied with her recommendation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Will definitely be coming back!

Today I bought a vape in this smoke shop, after about 10 minutes of use it started to take on a burnt flavor, which I noticed was obviously defective, I went to the location again to look for a solution, since I paid for it a product that was defective and the workers of the center did not show any interest in finding a solution or a replacement for their defective product, they only explained to me that this was the real flavor of black ice… which had a horrible burnt flavor, I disagree It literally seems like a robbery to me and I take the time to write it here so that other customers do not take them by surprise when they pay and they are given a defective product without return. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 I never went back to this place again.
