They staff here are super knowledgeable and friendly. Great guys that work with you and try to educate you as well. They aren't pushy and seem to really want to help you find the perfect fit for the individual. Prices are pretty good as well. You can even sign up for E-receipts and they will send you texts with special promo codes for sale items they have.

I don't live anywhere near their store, so I can't speak for that or their customer service. I ordered from the website. I will however express my distaste for the custom juice I ordered from them. It was the sweet tart flavor, and I got two bottles. The juice seems to turn brown (from a clear color) and loose taste very quickly after about a day of use even with a fresh coil. Once it happens, the effect taints the coil somehow. While they have a crazy amount of selection and it tastes good at first, I've never had that happen with any other juice, so I wouldn't recommend their custom flavors.
