Super good customer service. Great business and helps a lot and cheap prices

I used to live nearby and this was always my go to tobacco shop. I moved to the other side of town a while back, but I happened to be in the area today and decided to stop in to see if they carried my specific brand. Not only did they have it, but when I asked if there was more in stock, the store owner took the time to really check instead of brushing me off. He explained that it is not a popular item, gave me a discount on the spot, and even told me he would give me the same discount again if I came back. That kind of attention and follow through is rare, especially with how many tobacco shops there are now. Because of that experience alone, I am more than willing to drive across town to come here moving forward. This will definitely be my main tobacco shop from now on. Very impressed with the customer service and the way this business is run.

They always treated me good and they carry the concentrates I like.
