Poor customer service, I called 3 times to check for a product I was looking for to try and save me a trip. No body answered the phone so I ended up driving there. Employee was in the back getting high, ended up waiting for 2 minutes only to find out what I was looking for the dint carry CBD flower, the Glass they had in stock was generics and I could tell was poor quality as well not hand blown. Only reason I give 2 stars is they have a wide selection of products. Only not what I was looking for.

The employee i had was great he was super friendly but the vapes I bought are my issue. They're geek bars and I always buy these cuz in my opinion they're the best but these two have been hissing and not only does that burn up all the juice quick but I'm not sure how safe it is either. If it was just one I'd say its a fluke but both of them did it. I'd ask for a refund but i doubt its gonna happen and I don't live close by there.

the employee working was extremely rude when asked if they carried cones. we don’t expect workers to go above and beyond and understand people have their days but the woman working very obviously hates her job here lol. went to tobacco store next to los portillos instead, where the employees are kind, helpful, and easy going.

Poor customer service. Employees do not know product. Sold me a vape tank, that he said was similar to my old one. Tank required a bigger battery which they do not sell. Refused to refund. Employee was a jerk. If you have a shop that sells vape, the employee should know at least something about the vape products you sell. The employee didn't even know where to put the battery.

Cheap glass and pipes, both in price and quality. It's a basic smoke shop. 🤷🏼 The one in Stephens City is okay. Be warned, they're open when they're open. Posted hours are more of a suggestion, it seems.
