I’ve had consistently frustrating experiences with this shop. There are no clear prices listed on most items, and every time I went in, I was charged something different for the exact same products. It creates a feeling that pricing is arbitrary and depends on who’s behind the counter. Customer service was also a big issue. Staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which is a big reason I stopped going there altogether months ago. What pushed this from frustrating to alarming is that I recently had an unauthorized charge on my card from this location, despite not having been there in a long time. I’ve reported it to my bank and am treating it as fraud. Between the inconsistent pricing, poor service, and now a serious issue with my card, I would strongly recommend others be cautious when shopping here.
