bought a vape let’s just say didn’t taste the best and you know most shops won’t do anything if you already left I called 2hours later and they had me come in and get a new one you don’t understand how much I appreciated that and the prices are good as well

The cashier was extremely rude to my 64 year old grandmother because she was "holding up" the line due to my uncle who she did not trust with her card. I will be filing a formal complaint against this store because not everyone knows what they need so there was no need to be rude and my grandmother does not smoke or vape very disappointed in the customer service

WellStar tobacco and vape brags about being the best vape shop around Galax Virginia I highly disagree number one they don't even carry tobacco flavored Vapes and the others do when I called the other day the guy who answered the phone was really short with me and non information and really made me feel quite unwelcome to even be calling there so why would I shop there. If you'd like to go to a real vape shop visit Leo Tobacco on Vapes they have a large variety of Vapes in the services quite friendly they make you feel right at home when you come in there and the prices are great

Love this place. They always have the vape i want and very nice people

Dope people, real homies
