Store is always clean, & organized. My favorite store to shop for my vapes because of the incredible variety. Plus best thing about this store, is definitely the people who own, & work here. I look forward to my visits each and every time. I feel like I'm visiting family. Love everything about this store, starting with the people!!!! I really wish i could rate no stars! Went in to get a box of wild hemp tropical buzz, i was told by the lady she couldn’t sell the whole box which was clearly sitting in my face. So i asked her “you mean to tell me that as a customer who’s about to purchase a whole box can’t get it because you don’t have another one?” Did i not mention it was other boxes of wild hemp in the store. But she told me “nope i couldn’t.” I kindly took my money else where wouldn’t even recommend cause the customer service was horrible! Light skin woman with brown hair she even had a male friend in there with her who didn’t seem to be a “PAYING CUSTOMER.” Customer service 0/10

The owner is super friendly, always super helpful especially when there’s anything new in stock and I have questions. He’s patient if you need to look around for a little bit before you make your purchase. Tons of things to choose from whether you vape or smoke or even have the munchies, I mean, there are so many different snacks! Drinks too! And so so much more! Definitely a great place to get what you need whether you are in a rush or need to take your time and check everything out.

I’ve went to their other location for awhile. Good customer service, no issues. Today I was sold a moldy leaf and went to exchange it and was asked “you sure u didn’t bring it from your house” 🤨 VERY OFFENSIVE. Will think twice before I shop here again.

I've been BKs for about 4 months and can say the store is well stocked, clean and smells good! The staff is kind, courteous, helpful and friendly, I'm never disappointed! ✌🏼
