This place is selling Lost Mary vapes with nixodine in them. I would not have purchased that item if I knew that it was not an actual nicotine product. They are marked as such on the box and device by the manufacturer but mixed in with the regular nicotine vapes. I tried to exchange the nixodine vape the next morning for a regular nicotine one after realizing that the product taste was off, and doing some research on what exactly nixodine is. The vape was still on 99% juice as I did not use it after I realized it was a nicotine alternative. The girl told me she’d have to wake up her boss from the back, explained the situation to him, and I heard him ask how can he believe me, how do I know it’s not nicotine, etc. She then told him she didn’t know and that I googled it. He then told her I could have 5% off another vape. If he would have come out to talk to me, I could have shown him the clear difference as well as not having used the product, where numerous of the items on his shelves have the same label, etc. These folks don’t even know or care about what they’re selling on their shelves. They’d rather take my money and call me a liar than make it right and sell legit product or be honest about what they do have. At the least, they could separate those products from the rest. I used to come here weekly but I won’t be returning.

This place is great , they have good products, the staff is very friendly, and the store is spotless. It’s my to go place when I’m in this side of the water. The employee Emily was very sweet and helpful. !! Austin Perrine

The previous management has changed and they have everything we need to enjoy our time, they have opened a new cigar room and they have great people to work for them.

Great deals, clean and organized. Employees could work on their customer service, they don’t seem welcoming or care to be there but overall I think they have great prices and usually keep things stocked!

I was in there this week and had a unpleasant interaction with a blonde woman named Emily she wasn’t helpful finding what I needed and was very short and rude with the reply’s she gave
