This was my first time coming to this vape store, and honestly the customer service was terrible. I asked the cashier for a recommendation, and instead of being helpful, he was extremely rude and disrespectful the entire time. When I asked to see the product before buying it, he immediately said, “I’m not gonna give it to you, just pay right now and then I’ll give it to you.” The attitude and tone were completely unnecessary. I was being respectful and simply trying to understand what I was buying. If you work in customer service, especially at a vape shop where people ask questions and recommendations all the time, you should know how to talk to customers properly. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommend this place. 0 star not mention that the review is completely fake with this kind of attitude.You can see that instead of apologizing, he adjusted his attitude and made excuses. Don't go!

The owner is very nice, knows his regular customers, very respectful, always greets us as we come in, great business man, I recommend this store they stay open pretty late as well which is convenient, always has our favorite limited woods stocked.

This is a good store but they are never open when they are supposed to be , if you open at 9 someone need to be here open the store if your not going to be here till later open the store up later but a Constance on going thing and then your waiting 30 mins to a hour for them to open .

Not only was this store open at 1am, the guy was super helpful, their selection was amazing and their prices are unbeatable… I cannot say enough good things!!!! Will be returning !!

Its a very good vape store the parking is the only issue I have had other than that its a really good store lots to choose from
