He sold me a fake vape. I usually get the lemon mint and it was horrible it didn’t taste good at all. And he threw away the box before I could scan it because he insisted on me trying it in store be careful out there .

This is a great place to shop for your tobacco and they have so much more. The 2 guys that work at night here are wonderful. Very very friendly. These guys great you every time I come through the door. I want to thank these guys for all there help the other night. I wish I could remember there names. These guys are always a great help. I was actually short ten dollars because I life 45 min away and had left my wallet. Needles to say they let me have it on good faith and come back to square away the ten I owe. I have much respect for these guys . I wo6have never thought that they would trust someone like me. And don't even know who I am. This just shows me that they are not there just to take all your money. They also put a smile on my face. There are few people like that today. If I could give them ten stars I would.

Owner is selling product that has been opened and with fake product, will not make transactions right after ripping you off… BEWARE! If you do waste ur money here make sure you thoroughly inspect before leaving the store.

As a buyer, I am aware that sometimes the puff companies have bad batches, because of that Mr.Naz let’s you test run the device in the store. He will remind you to make sure that the device works before you leave, if it doesn’t he will replace it with one that does.

Mini Macanudo tin seal was broken and cigars slightly damaged. Did not notice till I got home. Returned them and owner replaced them with unopened tin. GREAT customer service! Highly recommend any business which values customer service and The Tobacco Outlet does. Will be buying from them again and again.
