Friendly staff, good location. Just sadly, the selection for vapes isn’t that great. Wish they had more choices to choose from

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Huge selection, the biggest in Loudon County! Always welcomed, and if you aren't familiar with what exactly you are looking for, there is never shortage of help. The owners are the sweetest! If you go to any other vape shop, you're wrong!

Amazing service, staff is always welcoming and helpful. Lauren has a great attitude, and a positive demeanor! Ask her for any recommendations/questions you have ~

Very friendly and welcoming staff's there. My daughter introduced me to Vaping since I wanted to quit smoking. Very good looking young man named Suraj took his time to give me Very reasonable varieties of options to choose from. She always speaks very highly of him. I'm giving them 5 Stars! He denied my offer from paying him a decent Tip.

Extremely disappointed in quality of cigars and on top of that really unprofessional behavior when I called to indicate all 11 cigars that I had purchased less than 3 hours ago are dry. His comment “well you don’t know how to select cigars”. Last time I visit this location and believe me will make sure my network also knows about this establishment.
