I have always loved this place been going here for around three years now and the guys that run the place are very knowledgeable about each product they sell!

I live in Charlottesville and I've been to 8 or 10 vape shops up here and not one has been as helpful and as willing to specially order anything that I like, as Cloud 9. It's well worth the 72 mile ride that I make every couple months to get the exact vape I like from a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Plus the vape prices are alot more affordable than anywhere in Charlottesville. I highly recommend this place.

My son and came into your store of course there’s nothing much in stock so there wasn’t much to choose from and he bought a vape that I now believe has been sitting there for quite some time. After the purchase , The employee asks my son if he wants to fire it up to make sure it works, which my son did. However when he tried it he said it didn’t taste right, the employee said something to the effect of to keep hitting it until the coil or something is saturated so then I tried it and it had a burnt stale taste to it, which I said out loud, the employee just stared at my son. The employee did nothing to make it right. Didn’t offer to get another one, no nothing. I’ve always came to this store. Never had any complaints here and this was the service we got today… 👎🏻

Jake is the heart of this store. He is honestly is what keeps the wheels moving in my opinion. I've been coming to this location for little over 3 years now and I can't speak higher of how an amazing and hard working individual he is. He cares about his customers, he knows his product, and he makes the entire process smooth and easy. Every time I go in he greets me with a smile and asks how I'm doing personally. You have a person who changes lives in your store by just being himself. He deserves a raise and so much more. I will always come back as long as Jake is working there :)

Today I bought a $90 Geekvape starter kit. I walked to the car and realized that I had one of the same color. I immediately (within 30 seconds) walked back in to exchange the same thing for another color and the lady told me that the big boss said there are no exchanges period. She wouldn't budge. I don't understand this type of customer service. And then I got to thinking , "What if it's defective?". I guess you're stuck with it. Wouldn't recommend this place.
