Arrived at the store which on Google says 7am but the door says 8am for some reason... cars already drove off. Here comes a young lady past 7 so i go to the door and she never acknowledge me. I called to make sure they open at 7 and with an attitude says she needs to turn alarms off and that it's 7:02. Perhaps showing up to work on time before the store opens would not cause this. Maybe a lesson on customer service is needed as this isn't the only bad review on her... this shop opens early which is why i came but i would've went elsewhere after that experience. Horrible first impression. Will be looking elsewhere.

Writing this review because i walked in on a customer screaming and harassing the girl working behind the counter today. I am really glad I came in when i did because it seemed like he was almost going to hit her the way he was getting close to her telling her to shut up and putting his hands so close to her face. I’ve personally been in this shop many times and I’ve never had an issue. Everyone is super nice and i mainly come in during the day so i know the girl working, she’s always super sweet so i was genuinely scared for her. I could tell she was a bit scared too because she is a little bit shorter and there is a grown man yelling at her over his own mistake. The issue seemed to get resolved once she called her manager but ultimately i am writing this review in hopes that she does not get in trouble because of that customers behavior. A pack of cigarettes does not warrant that type of mistreatment and i am willing to come in and share what I witnessed if necessary. I think my girl handled herself pretty well considering the man basically verbally attacked her. I personally would’ve cursed him out and then called the police. Overall i love this shop though. Love the staff and they always have what i want.

Went looking for papers and asked Ali about vapes for flower.i ended up getting this brand after I asked if he’s gotten any feed back all he said was we sell them. Tried it and made my flower taste awful. I called them the very next day and the younger guy answered the phone. I was explaining to him that it made my flower taste really bad and what could they do. He acted like he had no idea what brand I was talking about, and asked if I was calling the right store. I went to the store with the pen. Ali didn’t even bother to come out of there room in the back so I walked over to where the door was cracked and talked to him while he was chillin on the couch. He said some people like that taste … I told him if he would have told me that when I asked I would have never bought it.they gave me store credit I took a bowl because I don’t trust that I can come back and they will give me the store credit.over all customer service sucks.

Was a big fan of this store but after my last shopping experience. I Will not be going back! Took away promo points also sold me a dysfunctional pen. Called to see what can be done and was only offered 20% off. My pen is full and died right after I bought it. Let them know I would leave review and exact words “ I dont care we will delete it” Unfortunately if you sell broken items they should be replaced. I would recommend better customer service and training.

JUST AMAZING!!! I am forever coming here. Just down right amazing!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would. They give wonderful customer service. Couldn’t be any better.
