Love the store and staff. But it's the second time I've come to this store shortly after 10 AM (opening) and have walked away twice because the store wasn't open and no one was there.

I tend to steer clear of this particular location. From my experience, the staff at the counter have been rather unprofessional and short/snippy whenever I’ve tried to ask questions.

After getting a faulty item, they were more than happy to clean and replace the parts for free. The manager was super nice. Definitely the best smoke shop.

Great people, wonderful service always

I was not only greeted by 1 but by all customer service representatives as I walked in. All members were eager and excited to help me. Everyone had the knowledge of the specific item I was looking into and not only did they have my product but the price and the promotions were even better. The only reason I stopped in was because of the convenience of being close to Walmart and not having to drive around town to another shop, however with the way I was treated upon arriving to the shop, the process and the knowledge of my items; I will be returning for sure. Thank you guys for making my experience great and I look forward to seeing you guys more often!! I rate you guys 100 out of 10.
