Very poor experience here, I bought my husband a dry herb vaporizer for his birthday, when he opened it and tried it we couldn't get it to work. We went back to the smoke shop the next day (2 days after purchase) and the same man we bought it from refused to even speak to us, all he did was holler "No returns! No returns!" at us. We thought maybe we were using it wrong and just wanted some help, but he yelled at us until we left. Thankfully my husband contacted the manufacturer and they sent him a new one within a week and it works great! And has all the pieces and literature the one we bought from this store was missing. It looks like we purchased something someone had already returned, we were quite shocked when we opened the box and there were extra tips and screens for it and pamphlets, the one from the store had nothing at all in the box. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I try to support this guy it being a local business. But everything in the store is fake and overpriced, Every vape I buy from him only lasts a few days before it blows up. Save your money go somewhere else. I would rate it zero stars if I could.
