Very pleasant experiences especially during the morning shift, very welcoming and informative. Pricing is good in comparison to similar shops in surrounding area. Overall flower is exceptional and I would recommend this location. Only real flaw is the rewards program not being functional, rewards program would be great for the repeat customers.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They remember my name. They are very informative about the products and are helpful pairing the product to what your needs are, however, I went in this evening. I usually get an indica and a sativa. I purchased the Destroyer brand Grape Pie because it was labeled SATIVA on the container they were dispensing from. When I got to my car I noticed the actual label on it said Indica. So I went back in and the lady insisted it was sativa and they were all labeled wrong. This is a problem. I looked it up to confirm it is an indica dominant strain. I am disabled and use these products to my help with my conditions, one being severe sleep apnea. If I didn't know any better and smoked a Indica thinking it was a sativa, that's a big problem. It's the law to make sure these products are labeled properly. Secondly, there is brand that they carry that are also not labeled. Your totally depending on the sign being right. The company is out of NC. Maybe laws are different there. I have purchased that brand and got home wondering which one was which. Even the scan bar was coming up the different strains. Look, proper labeling is the law, whether it is smoke , food, or any consumer products. For the lady that was insisting the wrong information to me, you need to respectfully learn your products or find another occupation. Please understand how this can go drastically wrong with someone with health conditions. It's also a big liability to the shop. I look forward to seeing some lable changes and expect an apology from that employee when I see her again.

This place has everything you need. They have a great and wide variety of products to choose from and the staff are very helpful to help you find what you need not to mention it doesn't matter what time it is you don't have to worry about them closing cuz they're open 24/7 this place is awesome
