I had an amazing experience today. The woman working was very helpful in finding what I needed, and with addressing any concerns I had. Also, some places sell knockoff products, but I was able to find the REAL deal here on what I needed at great prices. I will definitely be returning for the warm hospitality and help. Again, real shoutout to the woman working, she was amazing, kind, and super cool. I loved her makeup, hair, and jewelry :)

Came in this store and found everything I needed including a vape just days ago. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Now it just no longer works. I was told once it’s purchased and checked that’s it. Wow! Maybe there’s a problem with the vapes but everyone keep saling them. Thanks for your service anyway. 😔

Sold me a malfunctioning vape that never fired once out of the box—this is the second faulty device I’ve bought here since January. When I went back, they claimed there’s no owner & that they only see the manager every three months. They refused an exchange or refund & told me to contact “corporate” or Smok instead. Test anything you buy before leaving—because once you walk out, they won’t help you.

Purchased this item and it was opened when I bought it reached out to them and they didn’t even offer me an exchanged just told me I should’ve checked before I left the store personally they should be checking their product before putting it on the shelf because of this bad experience I will not be shopping here anymore but I say shop at your own risk

They helped me out as a veteran and reminded me of my discount as well as the points I have available. Products are always top notch and the customer service is top notch. My dog literally pooped on their floor and they helped me clean it with no complaints or problems whatsoever!! Highly recommend! Manager, Max and cashier, Grace are well informed about all products and are very patient with new customers! 10/10 Service and shop!
