First time visiting and I was blown away at the inventory and the chill atmosphere. Vape, CBC, accessories, you name it, they got it. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Making this my preferred vape shopping forward. Update: Best staff ever! Was on the hunt for a specific type of vape products and the manager made it a point to order it for the next time I'm stopped by. Very cool. This place is amazing.

I have been a loyal customer of this location for over five years and have always felt comfortable here until a recent experience. During my visit, I was spoken to harshly by a manager over a casual comment. When I later tried to calmly explain that her tone hurt my feelings, I was asked to leave the store and told I was not welcome back. I was not rude or disrespectful, and I felt embarrassed and singled out, especially after observing other customers being treated politely. This was very disappointing after years of positive experiences. I have contacted the owner and corporate office and hope this situation is reviewed and addressed. Customer service and respectful communication matter, especially for long-time customers.

I had an awesome experience at Papa Joe’s Smoke Shack, and a big part of that was thanks to Robbie. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome with his friendly attitude and great sense of humor. He gave some killer recommendations. Robbie went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of—not just once, but every time we’ve been in. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. Papa Joe’s is lucky to have him! Highly recommend stopping in, and if you’re lucky enough to have Robbie helping you out, you’re in good hands.

It’s really annoying when you drive somewhere because it says your open online and you arrive to find the store closed early.

Good when they are open but extremely inconsistent times, they seem to shift and change every week
