I purchased two little known name brand vapes for $20 on a Monday and was told by the employee behind the counter that if they didn't work that he would exchange them upon my return. Two days later when I returned to exchange the one that didnt work a different employee was behind the counter. After I explained the situation he said he was the only person that worked there. He proceeded to tell me with a crappy attitude that I didnt buy the vapes at his shop and that I was trying to get over on him for a vape. We yelled at each other. Another customer sided with him. I stepped outside and thats when my EXTREMELY SMART girlfriend Jennifer sent me a screenshot of the receipt for the two vapes from this store. To top everything off... He replaced it with another vape that did not work. Unprofessional, unkind, unappreciative. Waste of money. Dont waste your time.

I rarely come here, because the first time I had an issue with my vape while still in the store which it was replaced, I tried again on a Friday the next morning I tried to charge the vape but the port wasnt aligned to charge it . I came back Monday since I work on that side and was told by a lady “well I wasn’t here Friday so it’s nothing I can do” you can clearly see it’s a brand new vape and it’s going dead because I can’t charge it . I won’t be back.

My cousin told me bout this place a while ago so today out of the blue I decided I wanted to go and I’m glad I did because I Love this place. Very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I felt like I’d been going here for years. cheap prices top products that are on point with quality and quantity. I will be back definitely.

This is definitely the best Vape Shop in the 757 period. They got everything a smoker can dream of… allll the different flavors, lowest price around & Ali & Abdul are the coolest. I love it there.. Its like a lil Smokers Paradise & they get new stuff all the time.
