Beware when you shop in this store. They try their best to rip you off. Compared to the vape shops around it the customer service in here is TERRIBLE! Rude people that don't even look like they belong

They have a huge selection of products for vaping, tobacco, and other smokable products. The staff doesn't know anything about what they are selling. They are not very helpful at all and are overpriced. I bought coils for my vape from them and asked if they were the right ones for my tank. They said yes so I bought a 5 pack that was way expensive just to find out they don't fit my tank. They didnt give me a receipt so I doubt I can return them. I will try when I have the time and if they give me a refund I may change the review to a 3 star. Don't shop here unless they have something you cant find elsewhere. The main reason I gave them a 2 is because of the selection of items in stock and the cleanliness of the store. The prices and knowledge of staff needs work.

This shop has great selections and the staff is extremely helpful.... when I couldn't figure out how to open my new vape and replace coils, I was helped without hesitation. All I had to do was Ask... This is the only place I frequent now. 5 stars definitely based off staff and how well organized the store is 👍🏽👍🏽

The guy is always nice and smiling , great customer service and the store is clean.

I've been a customer there for a long time but no more. They have a person working there now that is rude and unprofessional. And I told my friends to stop going there also !
