I got a silicone bowl less than probably 3-2.5 months ago, strictly asked for nothing with any sort of glass on it because I have the tendency of breaking glass bowls, the woman who showed me the one I got deliberately TOLD me it had no glass inside of it, I believed her, I was just cleaning it last night and the part where you pack the bowl just SNAPPED in half just to find out it was absolutely glass. Keep in mind I strictly asked for no glass, was lead to believe it was not glass in any form, and I called there and received absolutely no customer service, no even an offer to replace the part, no a refund, no exchange when I was deliberately mislead about the product so I was basically scammed out of $20 for something that didn't even last 4 months, this bowl packing part was also not hot when I was cleaning it, there was absolutely zero reason it should have broken like that. I had even confirmed before buying it that it was not glass, she directly said "You'll get your money's worth with this and it has no glass", it absolutely did, it's a miracle it didn't cut my hand open too or I'd be more angry and disappointed than I already am about this.

Owner left comment saying that they had a 24 hour return policy which was a lie. Denied me trading my vape because I tried in the store. It had an off taste but I thought that was just the flavor I choose. Fast forward 30mins and the vape is burnt all to hell. Like actually burns to inhale. I tried going back and was told there’s was nothing the clerk at the time could do. So I wrote the review in which the owner said they have a 24 hour return policy so I called this morning to try and get a new one and was DENIED because I tried it in the store I didn’t know the weird taste would turn it to it literally being UNUSABLE. Mind you afterwards when I tried to return the first time the clerk told me that they had problems with that brand??? Like why are you guys selling them then😭. My personal life has been crazy my dad died last semester I lost my car and am scrambling for cash rn. Ik it’s dumb but that was my last bit of cash.I hope whoever owns this business is happy that cheating people out of their hard earned cash is keeping their pockets lined 25$ for real u couldn’t let that go. It’s business like these that don’t really care for their customers and I’ve been supporting since I came to radford. The lady I talked to over the phone was very nice. I’m just gonna dispute th verge with my bank and then they’ll be in the negative anyway so I think it’s dumb that they wouldn’t just trade me one. People in this world are truly greedy individuals.

I bought a vape there and two hours later the vape froze up and stopped working. They said their “policy” didn’t allow them to replace it or help me in any way. So I paid $23 for a vape that lasted two hours. Won’t be going there again. The picture shows the screen it froze on.
