When ALEX and FLOYD left years ago, they were the BEST at taking care of the business, but since ALEX been back, something is VERY DIFFERENT about him. He runs in the back and the BIG, BALD GUY says “He’s GONE” when I know I just saw him and it’s NOT the ALEX I knew either because he looks like him but he’s not as FRIENDLY as ALEX used to be. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED in this NEW, SCARED ALEX and IF I go back and catch him again, I WILL let him know I MISS “OLD ALEX”, the one that knew and took GREAT CARE of LONG TIME CUSTOMERS. I like the NEW manager now but YOU can get rid of the BALD GUY because he’s VERY RUDE.

Went to the shop because my pen did not hold a charge. I purchased it on Friday but Monday the charge was not being held. When I went back to the store just now, I explained what the pen was doing, and not doing, in Hope's to resolve the situation. The clerk said, we have a no return policy and it should have been told to you upon your purchase. I stated it was, I remained calm and still insisted that the pen "though on the charger all nite" still did not hold a charge. We plugged it in for a few minutes and...nothing. No charge. The owner comes over and says, sir, I was standing over there and I heard you talking about what your device was doing or not doing. And contrary to our no return policy, I'm going to exchange your device for another similia device because even though we told you of our no return policy, your temperament never changed and I like your attitude. Wow! That was great! And it made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you staff at A&K Tobacco. Two thumbs up!!!!!

Great friendly staff. Great prices. I do have an issue with their hours. They open late and close early a lot.

Vape liquid could be cheaper or do the promotion card stamps like other stores but whatever they be open on Sundays and later then other stores.

Very friendly and helpful. Large variety of products. Easy access and great location.
