Miles ahead of any vape store I've been to. The vibe is cozy, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, plus they have a small selection of locally made goods that make great gifts!

I absolutely love this place! I have been going here for a long time and everyone here is absolutely amazing. If they don’t have the vape that I want then they will take down my name and number and order it for me and call me when it comes in. They will also adjust the price for you if you are use to paying a certain price for a certain vape somewhere else. This is my go to shop for everything vapes. I would definitely recommend!

Great customer service. Guy gave me suggestions on how to quit because I was looking for a 2.5% nic vape and he could tell I was trying to wean off. Really appreciated it.

Best vape store in Richmond, hands down! I needed something that is hard to find and in casual conversation, I was told they would look into it. I go in today for something else and they said, “we have a surprise for you!” Customer service is often weak these days but not here. Go visit them, they’re the BEST!!! Thank you, RVA Vapes!!!

This is literally THE SPOT. I ALWAYS (basically exclusively) come here for everything I need; juice, devices, coils, disposables, gummies, everything and ANYTHING. They KNOW their inventory and they will get what you want if they don’t have it! Not to mention how respectful, kind, cool and chill they are. Their customer service is AMAZING, EVERY TIME! BEST PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO IN YEARS, NO JOKE!
