Me and my wife went in here the other Friday and the lady working there was just as nice as she could be and was such an awesome and wonderful working. I honestly feel like she deserves an raise! Yall are doing a great thing there and I really love the customer service I get every time I go in here. I just really thought she was an awesome woman and thought she deserved an shout out... This is the third time I’ve had to change this review. I used to really like this shop because they had pretty good deals compared to other places in town and they did right by their customers. I was getting a product for one price and then they tried changing the price and I had left a bad review well, they ended up fixing that issue and continued to sell it to me at the original price so I fixed it and gave him a good review. But here they are doing it again. They had a product that came in a five count that they were selling for $35 plus tax. It was a newer product on their shelf and they were selling it at that price for about two weeks. I came back in to get it today and then they’re now charging 59.99 for the exact same product exact same amount. It’s not good business practice to charge one price one day in a different price another. So much inconsistency on their pricing here it’s just beginning to be too much of a hassle to come to this shop anymore. There is just entirely too much inconsistency with pricing here. I swear this guy just makes up numbers and charges what he wants to charge had a $24 jump in one week is crazy to me. I’ll take my business elsewhere I’d recommend others do as well

I had a very disappointing experience at this vape shop. The employee working, a lady behind the counter, was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout the transaction. She was yelling at me over which vape flavor I wanted instead of speaking respectfully and helping me as a customer. To make matters worse, I noticed I was charged extra money without any clear explanation. When I asked about the price, I didn’t receive a proper answer and felt like my concerns were being dismissed. Customer service should be based on respect and honesty, and unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I won’t be returning and would recommend that management address these issues to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

Take your business elsewhere the store is an absolute joke. Their prices are consistently changing on different products. Absolutely horrible customer service. I left another review on another account stating how they were charging one price for a product and then suddenly jumped it significantly and the store owner commented and said to bring in the review and show them and that they would honor the old price which I did and they would not honor the old price and they told me that they’re a Google reviews. Don’t mean anything to them that it’s not even the owner of the store who’s controlling the reviews that it’s someone else within the company and they refuse to honor them. This particular store location is a joke, no professionalism whatsoever.
