Never buy a Vape from this store. Moved to Richmond in April and found this store while I was waiting for food from the subway next door. The woman was working and talked me into buying a vape called "Lost," loved it. So I've been spending $50.00 since April. Bought one about 10 days ago(7 grams), and on Saturday, I heard a pop with a sizzle sound. It wouldn't work, so I looked online, and from what I read, it was the coil(and it happens to be the nature of the product), so I went back to the store to get a replacement. Told the person behind the counter what happened. He says "not charged", even though it clearly says 100%. Then he says, "Come back tomorrow". This is a confusing statement, which can only mean someone is working without the authority to do a return in the shop that sells vapes( that will malfunction).....then he begins to insinuate that it was my fault like I'm trying to take advantage of him. At that point, I told him to keep that broken vape(it was more than half full) and I just won't buy anything from them anymore because I know from experience that people who always think people are trying to take advantage of them are usually the ones taking advantage of people and I was right. I called some places and found the "lost vapes". First the common price for this vape is $34.99, and they told me if I have a problem, bring it back because 1 out of 10 usually have a problem. So not only is this store charging a high price, but when something goes wrong, they blame the customer(when you look online, it's a common issue). Takers, they are takers, spend your money no problem something goes wrong with the product you bought from them. No English. Over priced and won't stand behind their product.

Their hours of operation are never consistent. They advertise how they open at 10:30am Monday-Thursday but it seems as though employees just arrive when they feel like it. Will most certainly be taking my business to the tobacco store a few blocks away

Products are fresh...professional and kind service everytime....Great atmosphere
