Very interesting range of items for my tobacco store. The sales team were confident of what would sell in my 2 new stores. They enquired about the location, budget and I was able to have the entire store inventory from VA Imports. The owners were also very helpful and reached out to me personally to guide me to make the business better by helping me with display. It's been several months now and I am very happy with their services and professionalism. I wish them all the very best.

Very unique set of items & well priced regular item too, VA Imports is becoming one stop shop for all things needed. Tall order of timely delivery met during this supply chain crisis by their very friendly team. Looking forward to a long term relationship !!

I bought pipes, grinders, ashtrays, displays and novelty items from VA Imports. Their items are different in the market and they always keep getting new Products. Their Customer service is excellent

Called their number and I had to ask if I was speaking with the right business associated with the number. The female answering the phones was rude and hung up the phone before I could even tell her what I needed of them. Sad they most lose a lot of business due to her.

I had a great experience with VA Imports. Great customer service friendly staff etc. good quality and wide range of e-cigarettes and vape. Looking forward to do more business in future.
