I’ve been helped by Hope several times, and she’s always been fantastic. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need. It’s probably one of the best smoke shops in whole Roanoke , the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly especially Hope , she helped me during the day with multiple stuff , she’s awesome!! Also they have alot of vape choices which is appreciated .

Wish there was an option to give 0 stars. They charge $35 for a Geek Bar and it’s almost $40 with tax. A fogger refill for well $20 more like 25. I’ve never seen prices this high and I’ve been all over the state of Virginia. Idk why i was charged so much.

You the best store and the owner work hard to make sure he get what you need. Adam always come though for you during tight times. The other workers are amazing as well. I’ll always be there #1 customer

Adam and Marcus were present this night, but I have also been helped by Hope as well, and all three are wonderfully service oriented, personable, andalways super helpful.
