I had my first cigar experience in many years at Bison Head Cigar Club in Roanoke, and it was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect cigar. The prices were really reasonable, and the service was top-notch. I loved the atmosphere—I was really impressed by the bison (or wisent), since I’m from Belarus, and the bison is a national symbol there. I was also surprised by the Orthodox icons on the wall—it was a really special touch. I give them a big five stars—amazing place, great vibe, and excellent staff. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I try to visit on Friday nights. The cigars are great and so is the atmosphere. No rush...take your time and enjoy. I wasn't a cigar smoker until he talked me into trying one of their smaller and sweet tasting cigars. The gentleman even cut it differently for me which made it easier to smoke. If you give them your email, they will keep track of your purchases making it easier to select the cigars you like.

Fantastic place. They have so many options on cigars, some we had never heard of before. My husband was really happy to try something new. Has a very welcoming atmosphere, and very helpful staff. A great place to come and lounge- or if you are wanting to get your husband something special just ask the staff for a mix of highly rated cigars; they will hook you up! Also, it is very clean so highly recommend!!

Excellent, well appointed lounge with a good selection of cigars and accessories. Staff is beyond professional, attentive and knowledgeable (Franco is awesome). Couchs and chairs are comfortable and clean. This is the standard by which cigar lounge should be modeled after. I will definitely be stopping in again when in Roanoke.
