Very satisfied with my visit. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide range of vapes and accessories. Customer service was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

Great experience at this vapes store. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain different devices and options, which made choosing much easier. The selection was impressive, and everything felt high quality.

It used to be a great place to come when the younger guys worked there now when you ask questions you get blew off or treated like you dont have money.

This used to be a really good destination for vape products. The selection is still very good. However, lately, the service has been poor. I understand newly hired employees need training and such, but the turnover rate is absurd. I visit weekly and every month or so, there are new employees there, barely aware of what they're doing. Two of the previous employees overcharged for the products, and the most recent employee didn't bother to apply the Fivestars app discount, resulting in what's basically another overcharge. All three employees showed less than professional attitudes each time I shopped there. Fair to say I won't be visiting this location for a while. Employers, please hire a somewhat dedicated employee that actually cares about your customers.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! This smoke shop is the epitome of customer neglect. Their draconian no-return policy and the soulless, AI-generated reply to poor Timothy B should be your red flags. I made the mistake of buying some THCA Flower here. One hit was like breathing in a chemical weapon - my tongue has been numb and tingling since yesterday! Don't risk your health or waste your money; this place is a glorified vending machine.
