The cashiers are always amazing and have good customer service and I love the Christmas surprise gift box idea I definitely think this would be a good idea year round for like birthdays and other ideas whoever came up with idea is marketing genius I’m also excited for the remodeling to give more space in the store

I have dealt with this shop twice and both times I have been treated with dignity and respect. And also the atmosphere was awesome. Both of the guys I've dealt with took time to shoot the crap with me and they were very knowledgeable about there product and there product is top notch. 10/10 do it again

Great little shop. Has a great selection of glass and wraps. The employees are awesome as well. Only reason I didnt give em 5 stars is im I just havent found a product there strong enough for me. My wife loves it though lol.

Very knowledgeable; great selection; affordable prices thru out

Have been shopping here for multiple years and only have positive things to say, whether it’s questions on what products they have or how to get in touch with customer service if you have an issue. If I would recommend a smoke shop in Staunton I would always say route 420
