I came in a while back feeling a bit overwhelmed by the options, and Matt didn’t just point at a shelf he actually took the time to educate me. Whether you are looking for specific glass, a new vape setup, or just trying to navigate the massive selection of juices, this guy knows the science and the specs behind everything he sells. You can tell he’s not just an employee; he’s someone who actually cares about the culture and making sure his customers walk out with exactly what fits their needs (and their budget). The vibe in the Sterling shop is always solid, but Matt’s presence makes it a destination. He’s patient, professional, and has that rare ability to explain complex setups in a way that actually makes sense.
