Great customer service and very helpful with helping me make my selection

Went for cigars. Decent prices, but not a big selection. If you are in the mood for an every once in a while cigar then they probably have what you need.

Bought an ooze battery from here. It lasted 2-3 weeks and I went today to explain and prove why it wasn't working: light comes on, it ignites, but no smoke. I asked the owner if my friend and I could get something, anything for compensation, the owner says, " Sorry nothing I can do. If it was a day or two ago, i can." Both of our batteries quit working and we bought them from this store. I would not buy from here! Poor customer service! My friend and I left our ooze batteries with the owner. Hopefully they can atleast learn from their mistakes and buy products that are worth refunding.

9/22/24 WONT be going back here! Poor customer service. Told the guy what I was looking for and he said here it is. Brought it home opened it and it was not what I told him! Took it back and he said I can’t do anything about it. What happened to making customers happy??

Prob the best shop I've been to, quite honestly. The guys in there always looking out for me. Showing me better deals than what I originally came in for, kept me from spending more money.
