I had such a great experience at this tobacco shop thanks to Nancy! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Nancy is very knowledgeable about the products and gave helpful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed. The store was clean and well-organized, and her positive attitude really made the visit enjoyable. Excellent customer service all around. I'll definitely be coming back!

I called to ask if they have shisha (hookah flavor). The first call wasn’t answered, so I called again. The person who picked up sounded very irritated. I asked if they have Love 66 shisha, and he didn’t seem to understand and said they don’t have any vapes. I clarified that I was asking about hookah flavor, and he raised his voice and said, “If you want anything, come by and we’ll talk.” That response was unprofessional and unnecessary. If that was the owner, he needs to calm down before I report that they have vapes in the back.

This place has THE BEST PRICES, and the nicest staff. I met April today, and she was truly super helpful, and knew exactly what I needed help with. I was in and out with a smile and almost paid double down the street. ❤️ I’ll be back in to see April soon.THAT SOUNDED WEIRD. So.. Not in a weird creepy way. She made my day way easier.

Nancy was amazing! Super knowledgeable and always helpful. She makes great recommendations and provides excellent service. Although it is not my first time here she’s always been very friendly and i will always come back for that.

I love this place. Knowledgeable & friendly as hell. Today I had Mo as my courteous staff, such a pleasant human.
