First time going into Ivy's was a great experience the gentleman behind the counter was very nice helpful and Knowledgeable. He answered any questions I asked him. This was my first time every going to a place like Ivy's the layout was very nice the building smelled really nice it was very clean. I hope that the next person like me who has never experienced a place like this will have the great experience like I did thanks Ivy for a great experience. I will definitely will be back and I truly hope that nice gentleman will be there again.

The ladies here are nice, kind, funny(loved the fact they even cracked jokes with the customers), and extremely helpful. The few times I have came in here Ive never had an issue. Even if the lovely ladies are busy, they will acknowledge you still, most places don't if they are busy with other customers. They also dont try to rush you out either, they let you brows and ask questions about products. I will definitely come here more frequently.

Wonderful customer service. Wide variety of products. Great atmosphere. Love this place! Definitely recommend!!!

I think I’m more addicted to how the staff treats you, everyone who has helped me there has always been so friendly and kind and I feel like my day is brightened every time I go in there. I live 30 minutes away, and I still prefer this shop to any of my more local ones.

Excellent selection and friendly knowledgeable staff make coming here a joy. Highly recommended.
