Was gonna shop there, but the guy behind the building running the parking lot wanted $20 to park there, and had a major attitude. While I realise this isn't the businesses fault, it affects your ability trying to shop here, so I believe it's a valid part of the shopping experience. If you want to have more customers, get rid of this parking Mafia in the area so that customers can actually shop there. Put some pressure on the city for better reviews.

Stopped by Hurricane Vapes in Virginia Beach and spent about $25. Great experience overall. The gentleman who assisted me with my purchase — who I suspect may have been the owner — was extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional from the moment I walked in. What really stood out to me was the appreciation for military service. Not only did he thank me for my service, but he also gave me a generous 15% military discount instead of the usual 10%, which was a really nice gesture and genuinely appreciated. Customer service like that goes a long way. I’ll definitely continue supporting this business whenever I’m back in the area.

This guy really know his products! He takes the time to explain things honestly from a user’s point of view and to recommend products to purchase when the customer is trying to decide. He is in no way a pushy salesman; he genuinely seems to want to help. He has insights and really knows his stuff about vaping and hemp products. He is very familiar with all of his merchandise and has fair pricing. It is definitely worth your time to drop in and say hello.

Great variety, super friendly and helpful staff, if buying vape products, they'll assist you in trying after purchase before you leave the store to make sure it works properly, which is awesome. They support our Military community with a discount as well, just very good people who Own and operate, my go to spot out of all of them!
