Amazing shop! They are always great to me every time I visit, super clean, great prices, and always have what I'm looking for! If you haven't been here, you should make a point to stop in!

In the beginning this place was good and gave great prices. Now you walk in and buy something for one amount come back next day buy something and price went up double over nite. Tired of it. Obviously they dont respect the customers keeping them in bussiness.

If I can give a 0 star I would. What should’ve been a simple exchange was turned difficult. I asked for a gram of sativa. Without really showing me any flavors he throws a bag at me “more” than the amount I asked for. I noticed this bag at another smoke shop and asked him if he had blue dream. He takes the bag out of my hand and says he gave me the wrong one then tries to hand me some weird bag that said indica. Then he told me he doesn’t have what I asked for and told me he has to charge me more for the bag he just given me “by accident”. After he suggests the indica again and tried to throw in a roll up. I hate pre-rolls cus it’s shake and low value, I told him flower only when I walked in. So I just demanded a refund. He’s going back and forth with someone in Arabic on the phone discussing me until he finally gives me partial refund when he agreed on full refund and I was showing him my transaction notification on my phone the whole time he was getting my money. I guess he thought I wouldn’t count my refund but I did it before I left the store. once he saw me counting it THEN he threw a pre-roll across the store at me even tho I was walking back to him when he called for me. At this point I just picked it up off the floor, something I didn’t want in the first place, and left. I left with the 2nd worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a smoke shop and will never be returning. I’ll quit smoking before I ever come back Edit: I did come back and I was greeted and talked to in a respectful manner. I appreciate the boss reaching out and letting me know there will be better service. It was 1 star but the jump to fix the issue makes me put it at 4 stars. Not many businesses care about the customers anymore and I love that

Our go to smoke shop in Virginia Beach. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and remember all their customers. They are very informative and the store is well kept.
