I don't find myself in this position often, I do everything I can to avoid negative feedback , especially local businesses and places like this, that their very high rating at a 4.9 is what brought me here in the first place. However, If I don't share my experience, especially since it seems most all the ratings are from about 4 years ago, (and clearly things have changed) than someone else like myself might not be prepared for the absolute night and day difference that going in to the store is vs reading these rave reviews. I do everything I can to support local businesses, and avoid negative feedback, but my experience the other day is something I wouldn't wish anyone to have to go through, or be unprepared for just in case. I know this goes against anything I would usually do after such an experience, but I would like to say, before I left, I STILL made a purchase with the man, although his interaction with me was nothing short of rude, almost harassed, and downright humiliating. Thank God the last customer besides me left, before he shifted his attention back to me and literally left me fighting back tears as I walked out. First, I went there for a couple products. I stated them both clearly, and although I don't know much about the one, I asked and described what I was looking for that I got down the street 2 days prior. Apparently at that point he became quiet and upset. It felt like I was being sized up and he stared at me for a moment and almost angry and brushing me off, said they don't make that anymore, they don't sell it, and immediately wanted to know what else did I want, in an impatient, short, and dismissive tone of voice. I then said "um oh, okay, well I had been told otherwise just days ago and I'm positive in fact, he did have these products there, but I did not press it any further. Mind you, it wasn't any thing seedy, unlawful or otherwise! Let me also add, I'm a single mom living with my 63 year old brother helping him out, still new to the state, don't frequent smoke shops, and although I looked like a bum, I had on a hoodie without the hood, my house cleaning lounge pants, a bun in my hair and I'm almost 50. I didn't think my appearance was in question, but he kept walking away and coming right back, once after he made a phone call in a hushed voice and after that, became even worse to me. Next, I have ADHD. One thing I can say is they have a large selection of vape products, a whole wall almost I saw, which is great for customers! Not for most people if you're like me. I look for a specific flavor and looking up all I see are a million colors, shiny packages and overwhelming choices. I'm always the last to order food too. Iykyk. Right? I said I was going to look more and look for a flavor and he could help a couple guys that came in while I looked. I was literally staring at a whole wall of oooh shiny, and excited to try a vape or two for the first time again in like 3 years, all while he watched me really uncomfortably. The last customer left, (they all knew what they wanted, I need this and check out kind, so the other guys that came in were in and out in like maybe 8 minutes over a span of time. I came in 5 minutes prior. I sat in my truck out front for a few minutes, as I had a cigarette to finish before I went in, I also now wonder, Is waiting 5 minutes to finish a cigarette before coming in wrong? So I'm in there MAYBE 10 to 15 minutes, he approached me 3 times being very pushy. Finally he said "I'm going to smoke! You done yet? I said do I need to leave? He said I've been there 30 minutes, pick something, go. I felt my eyes stinging, but I said give me this one, picking a mary Hawaiian something., He didn't give me a receipt, didn't even want me to pay tax just said give him 20 and told me to go. I was mortified and wanted to cry instantly. I will never, ever return. I cannot in any way support a business that treats anyone this way. I hope at least someone is helped by this and it doesn't happen to them. Horrible!

Amazing customer service and homie who works at shop is amazing like family great discounts and very friendly and has any and every smoke essential you could need or ask for cigars thc wraps pipes tobacco vapes everything everywhere in here!!

This new place really supports local brands and always hooks up the neighborhood. Guy is one hell of a personality for sure🤣 Store is neat and smells hella good too. Can’t go wrong- support local business!

I go to this place every week / every other day They are awesome. They do good deals and if you’re looking for delta nine Delta eight or anything like that, they great to come to I am a regular customer they have great deals
