Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a wax pen, and on my very first use, the hot wax exploded into my mouth and burned my lip. The wax immediately started leaking out of the pen, so I returned to the store to request a refund because the product was clearly defective. Instead of helping, the employee accused me of smoking the entire pen after I had only taken one hit. The customer service was dismissive, and they refused to stand behind the product they sold. I expected a defective product to be handled much more professionally. I won't be returning and hope they improve how they treat customers facing legitimate product issues.

They always stock nice lighters & Premium/Refined butane at a low price. The owner/sales associate is really nice & she'll even try to work with you on pricing if you are a regular!

Used to be my go to spot now their prices way to high never have the same thing twice customer service went down hill and the last one I purchase didn’t work in less then two days I’ll take my business elsewhere
