I visited The Vault Modern Smoke & Vapor and had such an amazing experience thanks to Hope. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful — not rushed or pushy at all. Her energy was such a whole vibe, and you can tell she really cares about the customers she helps. It’s rare to meet someone who makes the entire visit feel easy and enjoyable, but Hope did exactly that. Thank you for such great service! I’ll absolutely be back because of her. Edit: Compliments to Ivy. She def is a whole vibe. We had good conversation, learned some new things. Thank you for having good customer service and employees!!

Hope was awesome! So nice and helpful. She had exactly what we needed and made other helpful suggestions. Thanks Hope! Will be back!

This place has ALWAYS been so great! The staff there is amazing. I’m so glad they are finally in Virginia Beach! 😍 Great stop before or after the beach!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Hope, she was super pretty and helpful. I always end up asking opinions when i go to places like this and she definitely did not let me down! If i could give my experience a 10 star review I would!

Hope is amazing every time! I honestly come to the Vault just because I hope she’ll be there! She always greets me with a smile, remembers me, and makes me feel welcome. Hope goes above and beyond to help, and she’s just generally such a sweet, positive person. It’s a joy just to see her, and the company is lucky to have her!
