5 stars Jingles was best customer service associate. Would give 10/5 stars if possible. Also human customer service is bomb too. And product pricing and selection. Also, I’m not sure of the cat’s name but Jingles it is.

Nice fancy looking store compared to most smoke shops. But terribly expensive prices and semi ride service depending on who is there. Go to Smokers World just down the street. Way better prices and service.

I’m a minor and they use to never Id me like ever. and then they randomly start asking for id its a total waste of time. They take the vapes out the boxes when they sell to minors. very weird place.

Shock is really nice. I keep coming in for that reason. Feel like I’m visiting a old friend every time I come in. And he even gave me a good deal. Feels like he actually cares and is personable to everyone. I highly recommend to anyone. And they have more flavors and equipment then I have ever seen anywhere. Good place!!!

Service was good quality and helpful to find products I needed
