Stopped in the other day for the first time. Was a bit iffy on visiting a new smoke shop, but my regular store was out of the kratom I needed. Was impressed by the customer service I had received by a young gentleman named Alex. He was very well informed and had a great discussion with me about the health benefits of the plant. The store is a little bit out of my way, but I think this will be my new regular stop.

Always come here for my wraps, they always have the ones I like in stock unlike everywhere else. Its a chill store when Alex is there working, he always has the best recommendations. He helped me pick out some glass for my girl a while back and she loved it.

Israel has great customer service, he doesn’t rush you in the store and takes his time to explain everything to you. The only thing I wish is his supplier would keep up with the demand of Fogers. I highly recommend this store.

Such an amazing shop! I was on the fence about switching from my online retailer to an in person store, due to such little knowledge in most smoke shops. However, when I entered the store I was greeted by a friendly face. I talked to the associated, his name was Alex, about my Kratom needs. We had a lovely discussion about the different vein types and their benefits! Saying it was a relief to finally meet someone who knew what they were talking about would be an understatement. Not only did he know as much as I did, but I learned a bunch from him as well! This is the type of customer experience that has people like me coming back. I just don't get this type of service at an online retailer.

Kerry is always very friendly, helpful and has A+ customer service! She knows the products well too. Lots of inventory, well organized store, nicely laid out. Ben the manager is super cool and has made some great recommendations . Highly recommend !
