I purchased a can of butane for my cigar lighters. When I got home the nozzle was messed up and wouldn’t let gas in to any of my five lighters. It would spew out all over my hands. I took it back to the store, with the receipt and five different lighters, and the man working pointed at the sign that says “you must test hour purchase before leaving the store.” We argued over that! Then he tried to fill a lighter off his shelf and it did the same thing. He got mad and gave me the money back! You should not treat you customers that way!

Very rude staff said I had to buy something to use the bathroom then after buying a pack of cigarettes told me there wasn't a bathroom in the building update went through again April 28th and Jay refused to accept a coupon for cigarettes saying "it's my store and I don't want it" then threw it away I honestly don't understand how people put up with these guys

AJ is awesome! Always on top of things and knows the customers needs! I 100% love this store for all my nicotine needs! Go here first before anywhere else!

Good beer and tobacco selection. Good prices. Nice clerk. Not much wine selection. They didn't have a charger for our vape. Difficult to make a left turn to go back to Tennessee. Interesting that they have a drive through window.

They never answer the phone when I try to contact them. Super unprofessional. I used to love this place, but it seems to have went completely downhill lately. 😔
