I been smoking since 1990 and I know brands , flavors , types , problems , setting ....... I bought supplies from many diff places and so far this place is the best prices , same quality . the price is even lower than some places where they claim to be wholesalers. The hours , I went one night when nobody was open , this place has longest hours that i know . The cashier was nice and polite kid. They have much more than just charcoal and tobacco . you just have to go and see for yourself . I will take and post pictures on my next visit .

Horrible customer service! Bought the hooka and accessories, got home .. pulled the clay cup/pot (where you put the tobacco in) out and saw it was broken. Couldn’t use the hooka because of it. Went back the next day (less than 24 hours). Same guy (African American Fella) was there, asked if I could replace it since I didn’t use it as it was broken and I have 15 days for exchanges (per receipt). The guy gave me attitude, blamed me for breaking it and asked that I should pay for the piece. BTW this is after spending over $180 the day earlier. Bottom line: Fella needs to be taught customer service from scratch. Start hiring smart people and loose the low lifers or your business will loose good customers and gain negative comments.

I've been coming here since they first opened. I was one of the first 50 people to sign up for the membership. The prices are hands down best around but the employees don't give about keeping the store open clearly. I've come on 3 different occasions THIS WEEK alone to a "be back in 20/30/40 min" sign. If you see this sign, just leave. The employee likes to walk to the mall with his friends and it will be at least an hour wait. There's a tobacco store off old bridge road near ox road that abides by their store hours. I'd recommend going there(a few dollars difference in prices but nothing that will break the bank)

I like this place but recently, one of the guys who works there, practically breathes down our neck as we shop. The first time this happened, I asked if we were in his way. Then tonight, he does the same thing. Can this be taken care of immediately? That’s not good customer service to be on our backs. We go all the time and I promise we just want to get our items, pay, and leave.

Dude that works here is totally awesome. Next time I go, I'll have to get his name and update my review. Bought my dad's vape here and dude was very thorough in telling me what I need to know and to help me get the right vape and juice for my dad. When he had problems with the vape, we came back here and the guy figured it out quickly. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. They also have some neat hookahs.
