Very clean and well organized, probably the cleanest shop I’ve been to in this area - but I wouldn’t come back here. I bought two really cheap items, one of those items is marked on the package as 1.87 in most places. The purchase came up to almost $8 and that was definitely over priced. I googled the average price - no way this should have been over $5. Do not come here. they overcharge based on the individual. I would instead go to the vape shop near the closest foodlion.

Went to this store at 4:45 PM. The door was locked with the OPEN sign on. No other signage on the door. Called the store and someone answered and said they "were in the back". To which I replied " ok np ill be up front when you get a chance" Waited 20 minutes and no one came to unlock the door. I was pissed I wasted 30 minutes of my time. Ive purchased from here several times but not anymore! Ridiculous service.

i always find what im looking for & the prices are top notch. stocked with everything you'd hope a vape store would be stoked with, and the clerk is always informative.

First time stopping in today. Was recommended a Lost THC .5g THCP vape by the employee. I really enjoyed it and would totally visit this spot and purchase again. 😊

I had a seriously frustrating experience at Super Tobacco and Vape that deserves to be called out. I grabbed an item clearly labeled $29.99, along with an item that was supposed to be less than $4. But when I got to the counter, the total rang up to over $55. When I questioned the price, the guy behind the counter got hostile and snapped that they had recently switched sales reps—and the old prices “hadn’t been updated.” Instead of apologizing or handling it professionally, he delivered this explanation with attitude, like I was bothering him for pointing out the obvious. The $29.99 sticker was still right on the product, yet no one mentioned the price had changed until after I paid. That’s deceptive and disrespectful. If there’s a new rep and prices are changing, then take 30 seconds to remove or update your shelf tags—and maybe don’t get aggressive with customers who notice the difference. Super unprofessional experience. I won’t be back, and I’d recommend others shop somewhere more honest and customer-friendly.
