Cigar box 1315 Auburn Wy N, Auburn, WA 98002 two minutes away has vapes 50% cheaper turn around and shop there ! Sold me a vape that didn’t work, came back in with the original packaging and vape and proof of it not working and they aggressively refused to exchange it for me because they didn’t give me a receipt. I Told them I was just in and they could see I purchased with cash on their surveillance and they claimed they couldn’t look at the cameras . Terrible customer service over $17 especially when it was the same man that sold me the vape who magically forgot I purchased it.

They have really changed this place and selection of rolling tabaco has gone down quit a bit. Prices are still pretty reasonable for the tabaco though

Ya’ll need to change your closing time to 9:45 cause you always be closing early refusing to open up cause it says you are open till 10pm

Honestly it depends on who is working when you in. Some are super rude especially when you ask simple questions and do not want to help while the other is not that much better. They are still rude when asking simple questions but are somewhat willing to help find a flavor. Make you open your vape and make sure it works before you leave. I have had 3 that did not work when I opened them later that day.

Very welcoming. Fantastic items in the store. Reminds me of old school stores when I was young.
