Always have exactly what I need. The employees are friendly and helpful. Also I've seen several posts about buying a butane lighter that didn't work right away.... Did you know that a lot of butane lighters are shipped without butane for safety reasons. Next time maybe do some research on what you are buying. I wouldn't give you a refund for a lighter that would work perfectly if you knew how to use it either.

Fantastic service and employees!! All the girls that work there are extremely helpful and kind.. They go out of their way to help, I am using a walker unfortunately right now..The girls have gone out of their way to assist me! Holding the door open, carrying my purchases to the car, etc Can't say enough good things about Cigarland!

Bought a bit of pipe tobacco and everyone was friendly and prices fair. I will for sure be going back! I have now smoked a bit of their pipe tobaccos and even bought a pipe from them. The pipe and tobacco is always fresh and a great smoke. The pipe I bought is really nice quality and very smooth. I am already thinking of the next pipe I am going to buy from them!
