Absolute waste of money. I bought a vape from this store and it had virtually no flavour at all. As someone who has been vaping for a long time, I know what a proper flavour should taste like, and this vape had no flavour and no punch whatsoever. For something that cost 34, it was extremely disappointing. When I tried to return it, the staff were completely unwilling to help. They refused to offer a refund and told me to take it up with the manufacturer instead. The two guys working there were rude and unhelpful throughout the entire interaction. I’ve been coming here for about a year, and this is the level of customer service I received. I wasn’t trying to return a bulk order, just a single defective product. The whole experience was a complete waste of my time and money. Very disappointing.

Only smoke was coming out, with a very slight fragrance, but no actual taste. For something this expensive, that is really disappointing. The very next day, the flavor level still showed 90%, so we tried to return or exchange it for a new one. However, they were not willing to refund or replace it. It felt like they only cared whether smoke was coming out, not whether the product actually had flavor or worked properly. I would never buy from this store or this chain again. This was one of the worst purchases I’ve made, and the customer service was extremely poor. Please think twice before buying from here. I hope they start focusing more on customer service and product quality.

So outside looking in I expected a small vape bodega with a handful of options; theres more than one store that is a glorified hallway with shelves on every wall, and more so with vape/smoke as the focus. Upon opening the door I was immediately surprised to find a large, well lit and open main area. Were there shelves on every wall? Yes. That kind of comes with the territory I suppose. Every shelf and case/counter was well stocked, tidy and organized so you could find what you wanted to quickly; from accessories to cigarettes, pods, mods, tanks, coils, juice, bangers, glasswork, a staggering selection of everything laid out for your perusal. I went in for a pack of coils and maybe a new juice if the price was right, and I left with a new box mod (and it even came with a tank!), batteries and juice! I loved that the pricing was fair, and the selection large enough that I'm surprised I came away with as little as I did! This was a perfect "dont judge a book by its cover" experience and I will absolutely be back next time I'm nearby. The owner/operator was more than helpful and made the experience even better by being naturally friendly and earnest. Please, if you're looking at K Smoke, treat yourself to a wander through.

I've been here before and haven't had any issues but today's visit was much different. I tried to buy a couple different things that totaled under $10 and was told I'd be charged an additional fee for using my card instead of cash. After trying to run my debit card, the cashier proceeded to tell me they don't accept credit and I explained it was a debit card and he argued with me. Needless to say I didn't complete my purchase and I left.

[Updated review July 2026] It's not often I re-review a place I visited several years ago but K-Smoke warrants it. I've now upgraded them from 4 stars to 5. If you read my reviews of other establishments and experiences you'll notice very few establishments receive 5 stars from me. Why? Because few are perfect! After coming here for 5 years, K-Smoke has become my 1st choice for Kratom and it's medicinal properties. Admittedly I may be one of the few customers who don't visit for vape or cigar products. Although they don't have as wide of a Kratom selection as Hotbox in Factoria and X-Hale, K-Smoke's prices are superior. Sadly, unlike other smoke shops in the area, K-Smoke doesn't have a points program for discounts. I imagine this may be because their prices are cheaper than their competitors in the area. Specific to MIT-45 Kratom, K-Smoke is the only retailer in the area that continues to sell the original small black bottles of MIT-45. If you know Kratom for it's unique taste and properties as well as usage, you'll know the original while not as strong as the new formula is actually superior. Parking is easy and convenient and you'll be in and out in 3 minutes or less if you know what you want. [Original Review: 2021] Convenient location, convenient parking, and friendly service are the easy marks of this retail business. What makes this shop great is the prices. As an advocate of Kratom for it's medicinal properties for pain I can personally vouch for their prices are the best in the Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond area for liquid Kratom. Additionally the variety of product and product knowledge is a welcome surprise.
