I havent been to this store in about 4 or 5 years, the staff here are friendly and very customer service oriented, Matthew the budtender who helped me recover my old account was very quick to get my info changed and my med card in the system. This store does work with med patients better than other stores i have been working with so far. I have yet to put in requests of certain strains or products they stock to see at what extent they work with med patients (product requests if its in their control), but so far 2020 solutions on iron street seems to consider feedback, has good customer service, and has a good selection of products that med patients look for (high quality genuine extracts).

Matt was great! I came in on a whim not knowing anything, just needed help with an upcoming stressful flight. They were busy and he still didn’t rush me or pressure me into anything. I was very impressed.

Ordering online used to be so quick and easy. But lately it seems pages won't load properly and filters doesn't work all the time. Maybe your IT team should look into it. I've tried everything to fix it on my end but it was just useless.
