After we lost the best humidor in Fairhaven I would grab a cigar here time to time, but no more! As every cigar in there inventory gets dried out like fire wood every couple weeks from neglect. Why would you spend so much money on a cigar inventory and not spend the extra $50 on time, water and knowledge to take care of your investment for your customer! I’m not even close to a cigar snob but any cigar the has been as dried out is done you must maintain humidity!

I have spent A LOT of money at this store over many years. Never had a problem until today. I bought a seahorse tip that the owner had dropped before selling it to me. Going as far as making repeated uh-oh sounds. When I realized it wouldn't work I brought it back, which hasn't been a problem in the past. But she didn't believe me because I don't have a seahorse but what I do have uses the same tip. She then told me once I bought a seahorse she would give me another tip. I replied by saying so I have to pay 70$ to get my money back? Which she confirmed so I told her I was going to leave a bad review because of all the money I've spent there. She then let her true colors show yelling at me to never come back. I couldn't believe it, I will never go back to that store again.
